Community Partners & Participating Companies

Our coalition of LGBT community organizations help to build LGBT equality for LGBTQ+ folks around the nation.  In the Pacific NW, Chaleur Creative is teaming with LGBT organizations and LGBT owned host locations to ensure we provide an authentic framework for LGBT Career Fairs.  The real connection with local LGBT organizations shows our commitment to connect with real people in the LGBT community.  Chaleur Creative is committed to utilizing LGBT owned businesses as our hosts for the LGBT career fairs.  We look for locations with all-gender restrooms along with ADA compliant egress.

There is no cost for job seekers to attend the Chaleur Creative LGBT Career Fairs.  Leading up to our LGBT Career Fair, we will be hosting resume workshops around the Seattle are.  If you are interested in participating in a resume preparation workshop, please reach out to Chris@ChaleurCreative.com.

Businesses participating will be published on November 21, 2019.  For our businesses and community organizations that would like to participate, we have a sliding scale of support.  We will ask of each of our participating companies to provide their logo, company bio, proof of their LGBT inclusion for gender identity and/or sexuality as a protected class at their company, plus any equity work that has been in process or achieved at the company for LGBT folks.  Leading up to the LGBT Career Fair we offer workshops to companies to ensure they are able to show up authentically to engage with LGBT job seekers.
