Our work operates through a lens of diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging. Through this, we amplify the voices of communities that are often under represented and disproportionately impacted.
We develop solutions to economically empower communities and reduce barriers. We focus on hiring, promotion, discharge, pay, fringe benefits, age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, genetics and disability.
Our hope is to utilize our privileges to build long lasting solutions for community. We seek to engage allies in conversations of understanding and growth. Our goal is not to erase or minimize the intersectional identities of humans. Our goal is to uplift and embrace our differences to build an understanding and culture of acceptance.
