    Send some love! Taking on 20 LGBT Career Fairs in 20 Cities where many cities are not LGBT inclusive but have an LGBT population is a daunting task.  We have seen negative reactions to the mere IDEA of having LGBTQ+ people being accepted in the workplace. 

    We are working our way across the United States connecting LGBTQ+ folks with companies that value their contributions AND their identities.  This work is tough.  Very tough.  The push back from individuals across the US has been strong, but we are continuing forward.  LGBTQ+ people should be seen, heard and valued for their contributions AND their identity.  Take the pledge today to support 20 LGBT Career Fairs in 20 Cities.  

    Sign the pledge today and let us know that you support having LGBTQ+ people connected with LGBT inclusive companies throughout the United States.  You can also keep up with us as we send updates throughout the year on our progress! Our goal is to connect 6,000 LGBTQ+ people and allies with new opportunities at LGBT inclusive companies.
