What is a Virtual Career Fair?
A Virtual Career Fair is a video and phone conference between job seekers and the companies looking to hire folks. With a Chaleur Creative Virtual LGBT Career Fair, we connect LGBT inclusive companies with LGBTQ+ job seekers in a specific geography.
Why Virtual and not in-person?
Based on the recent concerns around the spreading of Corona Virus throughout the US. This LGBT Career Fair has been converted into a Virtual Career Fair.
How can I register?
Job Seekers are encouraged to register and opt-in to share your LinkedIn profile and other contact information with LGBT inclusive companies participating in the Virtual LGBT Career Fair. Companies are encouraged to sign up for sponsorship of the Virtual LGBT Career Fair to be connected with LGBTQ+ folks looking for new positions. The business sponsorship is adjusted to remove a table and 2 chairs on-site at an event. Instead, information will be shared virtually from Job Seekers to the LGBT inclusive companies.
